Pros

I really enjoy working here. What I like most of they have a ton of structures in place to make you feel like they actual want you there. They'll try to get you doing work that you actually want to do, they have salary reviews to try and keep your salary at a level you deserve, and they have a ton of friendly people you can talk to if you have any concerns. They have other good perks, my favourite being flex time - if you need to put in overtime you simple take some time off with a 1:1 return.

Cons

Only 15 days vacation until 8 years with the company. The official sick day policy seems to be that you have to make up time you're sick. Would have liked the option of RRSP contribution matching instead of a company pension plan.

Pros

Brock has a very supportive work environment, everyone is willing to help and new ideas are always encouraged. A good work-life balance is encouraged. Great place to be at if the environment and the people you work with matters to you. The company has talent managers that help you in building your career throughout your time at Brock. You will be encouraged to learn more about any job/role that interests you and pursue it with help from others currently in that role. Employees have freedom to work from home and freedom to manage their time using Flex Time. Good benefits offered along with profit sharing every year.

Pros

Brock is a company that really cares for its employees. Hard work is acknowledged and rewarded. There is also a very strong and friendly culture at Brock and people work as a team. Management is very open-minded and always wants to hear new ideas from everyone. Brock is also growing rapidly so it is a very exciting time to be part of the team.

Cons

Nothing stands out as a con for me.
