Pros
Young colleagues, youthful atmosphere. Easy to make friends.
Cons
Management structure is abysmal. Managers think that the work environment is the military, where everything they want has to be completed on the double. Rights, like enjoying your lunch hour, are non-existent. Preferential treatment for "brown-nose" employees over quality of work. No possibility of advancement as the structure is flat. No opportunities to learn above a certain limit due to restrictions imposed by management or due to other employees being fearful for their jobs. Hiring practices are doubtful at best, as the people hired had a destructive effect on the team.
