Plenty of great and terrible moments

You get to interact with clients directly Sometimes free lunches, seminars, other events Not much travel and when payed per day allowance got quite extra Pension plan, if you stay there long enough to earn it

Cons

Complete lack of expertise in some areas, so when the product is developed it can't be supported/upgraded. Some say it's culture, but some employees come in late, take 2 hour lunch and leave early, while you might be slaving for 10-12 or even more hours while you're on the same project. No proper development process implemented (at least for software) back in 2010 - might have changed since. Probation period is at least 6 months and can last indefinitely. Compensation is quite low

Pros

It is a great place to learn industrial automation, experience engineers, lots of travel opportunity, variety of project, though most project are baggage handling systems or process control systems you have an opportunity to work in different industry

Cons

Compensation is low compared to industry standards. There are times when you may need to travel for extended periods (> 3 to 4 months). You are expected to work long hours on client site without overtime.

Pros

I was in the Dallas office. Loved everyone I worked with - really great people, great atmosphere, management didn't just see you as a cog but as a person. Also lots of free food (like, weekly lunches practically....)

Cons

Travel, mediocre benefits, pay a little lacking without the constant travel bonuses and stipends.
