Brokerlink offers great benefits stock options, RRSP's, health coverage

Cons

Starting salary is quite low, no incentive for education, very difficult to progress within the company unless you know the right people, managers tend to be former brokerage owners who have their own agenda and do not lead by example, corporate seems disconnected with reality in terms of the message they project and what they actually expect, for example they say customers come first whereas what they really mean is put all the insurance with Intact no matter the cost to the client.
