Supportive teammates who are able to answer questions, as management and managers are not very knowledgeable. Team members rely on each other for both work-related and emotional support, as the work environment can be draining and quickly wears you down.

Micromanaged to a high degree, with low pay and high stress. The organization does not care about employee experience, and there are No opportunities for growth. It may be suitable as a first job, but it is difficult to stay and develop within the organization.
