Good employee benefits, great technology, and hybrid schedule.

Cons

Brokerage is transitioning into a call centre. There is no room for advancement, it doesn’t matter if you are a competent broker that meets all the targets. If you don’t align with their ideals and mandates they walk you to the door.

Toxic workplace with high school type cliques among managers. Playing favorites. They will claim to be interested in training you for management but in reality they just getting you to do more of their own work before giving the management role to a "yes man" type.
