Free coffee from old coffee machine . Colleagues are good .

Cons

Micro Management They pay peanuts as salary ; the pressure is NOT WORTH THE SALARY. They do not compensate extra time we spend on calls if we have to . Even if we spend 15 minutes extra out of our shift doing a sale . Colleagues , either they are just crying all the time , many left and many looking for a job outside . Feels like prison . They do not care for some people who are performing well No overtime NEVER recommend this company to anyone !

Benefits are decent, training is good & most clients are great

Cons

Very toxic environment. Managers are constantly telling you that the only goal is a sale. They no longer value customer service. Favoritism is on full display, so if you're not a favorite, you won't get promoted. I can't say that's true for all branches, but definitely for Newmarket & Toronto. The difference between Brokerlink and the new brokerage I'm at is like night and day. Brokerlink does not value their staff. The expectations they have do not at all match the pay scale.
