Job security, easy work and workplace flexibility. Friendly work environment.
Cons
Where do I begin? Company culture - "it's not my responsibility", this can be heard when you call the operator. From management on down. Poor salaries and no benefits - this is run like a 3rd world organization. Top-tier management gets incredible bonuses and good salaries, everyone else is sub-par. Walking around hallways you will hear employees speaking other languages, which seems quite unprofessional. Poor benefits, no tuition reimbursement. No employee parking!
