job stability, union hospital, work with the poorest patients who really need your help

Cons

short staffed, lots of floating, dangerous nurse patient ratios, management who doesn't listen to nurses, lazy nurses

The staff was extremely helpful and patient with the teaching of ultrasound techniques.

Cons

This is a high volume facility and you must become able to perform under those circumstances.
