If you have a passion for helping kids better themselves,if you like education,if you feel comfortable working in a school setting

Cons

Lack of clear structure,they will over work you,treat you poorly, and not hold staff accountable for their actions,extremely classist in how they position you based on your education no matter if you aren’t fit for the position in any other way

If you enjoy helping people you can find some joy in the day to day.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, system isn't designed to really help anyone. Management doesn't know the work so its make the job way more difficult.
