Not a fan of their agency culture

-Good pay for the field -Offers decent training opportunities -Depending on the program your direct supervisor can be good

Cons

-Feels very corporate for a nonprofit -Employees clock in/out with their fingerprint which seems excessive -Direct supervisor wasn't bad but the agency is very punitive and micromanages time, complains if you clock out 3 mins early/late -HR is overly involved in everything instead of just letting managers make decisions for their team - Health Insurance doesn't go into effect until after like 3 months of employment

Nothing that I can think of.

Cons

Horrible experience working here. A lot of politics involved with supervisors and directors. They will not hesitate to throw you under the bus to save their job.

HR doesn't protect anyone other than Admin Supervisors micromanage No training is truly provided Admin harasses and bullies staff Salary for positions is all different and NOT based off of salary Clients are not treated like people, only numbers
