      Pros

      You will learn a lot in this role. It is great entry level job. Great for professionalism and growth in the workforce.

      Cons

      Big caseloads and a lot of work expected from Case Managers. If case loads were smaller maybe the services would be of better quality. It’s hard to be client centered when paperwork is priority too.

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth, no encouragement or appreciation for the work that's done. Too much work and not enough compensation.
