I worked with some of the best people I have ever met in a diverse and thoughtful community of colleagues. I felt that my colleagues worked hard to serve the community and were extremely committed to the work we were doing. I am proud of every day I worked at BronxWorks and wholeheartedly recommend it as a place to work to really make a difference.

Cons

Many HR and fiscal tasks are pushed onto program staff. Larger organizational structure is a bit hectic, though work within programs is good.
