The organization has potential to do amazing astonishing work in one of the most under-serve areas in th north east. Benefits is better than other organizations.

Cons

Struggles with the caliber of people they hire . Potential of the organization is often obstructed by personal likes & dislikes of colleagues. Often fails to see the broader objective. A project should never fail because the people running it have a relationship issue. Often loses site of goals.
