The opportunity to help people learn on the way to reduce at-risk behaviors. Improves your level of empathy for people of different backgrounds.

Cons

The cons I have about this Job were due to personality and not the company itself.

Pros

They are great at training people. It's an ideal place to work if you don't have much experience and want to get your feet wet. If you do well and express interest, they will find a way to promote you as there are many different types of jobs.

Cons

A lot of top management has been there for years and hasn't realized that the company has grown and needs to change with the times. They promoted people who were successful when the company was small, they are no longer successful but they have a lot of influence.
