      Pros

      There is a true sense of teamwork here. Everyone is valued for their contribution to the work environment and the needs of the residents. It is not at all unusual for people to work here for decades since there is a comfort level and joy. We celebrate accomplishments together. I feel very supported and management listens closely to any concerns brought forth.

      Cons

      Since we are on 220 acres and surrounded by woodland, there is always the risk of a tree branch on a car or a raccoon in a trash can!

      Pros

      Most of the residents are delightful and very interesting to engage with. My fellow team members are very qualified and it is a joy to work with them. We are a small group so it is very much like a family.

      Cons

      There are some residents that can be rather challenging, but not so much that our team can't work on trying to make things work for everyone.

      Pros

      Work Culture and Values. Team work, encouragement and positive reinforcement at all levels of management no division . Tuition Reimbursement and Promoting within the organization. Residents and their families are the priority . A campus where everyone says hello or goodmorning and knows your name.

      Cons

      Working when there are Winter storms and/or having to stay the night.
