Pros

Brooke Grove Foundation has many incredibly dedicated team members who have worked here for years! They are the reason for our success. They make the our homes enjoyable for staff, residents and guests!

Cons

Staff who utilize the scholar ship fund to grow don't always have a place to land when they earn their degrees but many do come back when there is an open position.

Pros

Staff are generally friendly and caring toward each other and residents. The location is intentionally lovely and serene. I believe that management truly makes the effort to ensure that there is good quality of life for everyone associated with Brooke Grove.

Cons

Benefits are not as good as some places I have worked previously.

*The people who work at Brooke Grove are sensitive, compassionate and strong. *The campus is a beautiful wooded and meadow environment that is inspiring and uplifting. *Retirement Plan with limited matching *Tuition assistance *Annual leave can be cashed out. *One unspoken benefit offered by this company is a staff Chaplain. This non-denominational Chaplain is available to every employee as well as every resident for confidential support and reflection, as well as team building and conflict resolution.

Cons

Benefits include a minimum of paid holidays, and minimum paid leave. Paid Time off is all one category - sick and annual leave.
