The benefits and salary are standard. If you want the run of the office business/office type job, this is great.

Cons

In IT, this were very unstable and you cannot really trust anyone. Things are always changing.

Good exposure to many accounting scenarios and getting your feet wet

Cons

No internal movement, even if there are postings they don't poach from each other, so you will have to stay where you are or get promoted high enough in senior management to make your own way. Everyone in management are men, except HR...they poach extensively from Deloitte and PwC...everyone else takes a back seat

Lots of learning opportunities, room for growth, quick career progression

Cons

Pay is pretty average given the level of work demanded. Employees expected to dedicate any and all of their personal time to work, to appease management. Five days in office with little to no flexibility, or care for personal well being. The turnover rate speaks for itself. Teams are incredibly lean which explains the workload.
