Long training The kids section is ALWAYS messy you have to reorganize everything a 100 times it feels like you are doing a useless job

Union titles are very strict with time. HR not very helpful. Some department heads and building managers are terrible. Non-union titles are very vulnerable. Some positions and people are unmotivated.
