      Pros

      Great employees, librarians, clerical staff, occasionally very friendly people to work with.

      Cons

      This place at times has to be experienced to be believed. Lack of communication between library administration and professional librarian staff is to be expected, all the time. Level of clerical staff training is faulty to be nice. Lack of professionalism in all departments is normal.
