working with the librarians, supervisors are nice, considerate, flexible and understanding. The patrons can be a mix bag but for the most part, it is great to help them.

Cons

So many changes, so many changes. No one knows what to expect next. Morale is extremely low. For the last few years, there has been little room for growth, and with all the changes, one can expect that to remain for quite some time. City Budget cuts.
