Employee culture is overall good. The work is fast paced and busy. Investing more in DEI as a company. If you’re an avid runner, there are many opportunities to run during and outside of the work day.

Cons

Work can be very siloed. Career growth opportunities are not clear and are slow to be implemented. Salary is not competitive for the Seattle market. Less in office perks than other companies - no free parking, no free snacks etc.
