      The people are amazing and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Typical corporate culture, no room for upward movement or promotions with very little merit increases. Bonuses are not guaranteed despite HR claiming you get one every year and work it into your salary during negotiations. No matter how much extra work you do to try and get ahead it’s looked at as being a team player and you don’t get the credit for it.
