Brooks has great benefits. 5 weeks PTO, competitive salary, and bonus.

Pros

CEO is a Brooks lifer, so we have a leader who is deeply rooted in the culture and committed to the company & its people. Work/life balance fairly good, better than most places in the area. Great workplace with cool like-minded employees, makes it a fun place to work at.

Cons

Flat organization with minimal upward mobility, so pay needs another market adjustment to keep up with Seattle living if they are requiring, at least 3, in-office days. If they recall 5 days/week, then I'll just go to Amazon and do the same work for double the salary and a promotion track.
