Loss of culture and class

Pros

Many great peers and people who care about the brand. Flexible hours, 401K match program.

Cons

Openly admit to paying less than industry standard with the belief that corporate culture is a substitute. Catch is, culture is not that great and steadily deteriorating over the years. Poor healthcare benefits, especially for family.

Pros

I used to think they were dependable and had a good vision and plan for the future...that's debatable now

Cons

Just recently was laid off. This is surely going to come back and bite them as my position was crucial and will only serve to delay projects and response times and will cost them more money in lost revenue by eliminating my position.

Good intentions and willingness to help employees.

Cons

Stuck in old way of thinking that consumers care about a "vertical running brand". Delusional thinking around the power of the run and its ability to move apparel. CEO surrounds himself with only those who agree with his out dated world view.
