A Tale of Two Companies

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Decent benefits. Exposure to alternative investments. Willingness to place employees in different geographies if there's a need. If you identify an area for improvement, you will have an opportunity to "lead the charge," but will have to claw for funding.

Cons

Politics - who you know is more important than what you know, and your upward mobility is based upon that. Unnecessarily long hours, OT is available to some. They took an extremely partisan stance, at their peril. Operations leadership team leaves much to be desired. High attrition.
