The company pays for 100% of continuing education, and rewards colleagues for working hard. You feel like you are a part of something as an employee, and have the ability to make a significant impact. Great culture and opportunities for growth. Growing commitment to diversity and inclusion is impressive. Almost every colleague is extremely intelligent and hard working.

Cons

The company often takes itself too seriously. Some colleagues are hard to work with: dominant, aggressive, stubborn, and make others feel dumb. Quiet, sensitive people struggle to feel included or succeed. Deadlines are harsh and unrealistic, and project implementation is done without process or structure, and with little attention to the long term.
