The staff is friendly, the management is approachable. The training was exceptional. I would recommend this company to work for without hesitation.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to review regarding this company. I only wish I didn't move so I could continue to work for this company.

Lots of corporate perks should you decide to take advantage of all the offerings. Union for nurses still maintains good benefit package.

Cons

Difficult to switch positions due to seniority since many employees have been there so long. Parking can be difficult.

The pay is ok? It's lower than other hospitals. I would say that this organization does offer research, but it's largely piggy-backed on better institutions and the profit margin is always considered for all types of research.

Cons

There's a great emphasis on money and antagonizing the patient. No benefits Strict hierarchy Very legal conscious (to the point that it affects patient care)
