Pros

You get to work and learn a lot on how to really run a proper SaaS product company. The products are by no means trivial, and have a huge depth to them in terms of innovation, engineering and market leadership. The teams are great and do not hesitate to offer help. Focus is not only what you deliver, but also how you reached your goals. Do not be perturbed by the bit of tech debt, every company has those. Things are changing fast for good with existing team of awesome folks. Work life balance is awesome.
