1. You get to work with lot of smart people. 2. Flexibility to make design decisions.

Cons

1. Poor Work life balance. 2. Very poorly executed employee "bonus" programs such as leading lights which makes you to pay money out of your own pocket if you leave the company before 18 months, my advice just say no to the bonus whenever they are offering you.
