Worst management, team, work life.

the hustle culture is very persistent

Leads do not have enough experience. They say that they have an open door policy and keep skip level calls to take feedback but don't keep it anonymous and the manager taunts with that feedback in team meetings. No fixed work timings, there are often late night calls. If you want to sit, relax and do politics, then this is the perfect place for you. If you want to learn and grow in your career, don't even bother looking at this company.

All scale-ups have their fair share of issues - BrowserStack is no exception. However, I see active effort taken by leadership to hear and solve problems

Micromanagement by managers. Too many managers manage small groups of individuals. They are always pushing people to deliver non-sense tasks creating fake urgencies and when you deliver, that functionality doesn't get used for weeks. People will get drained and demotivated.

Pay is not that great but good.
