Pros

Really good work environment. People are very supportive, and there are good problems to solve.

Cons

No major issues that I have seen. Sometimes, work pressure really builds up when you have a strict deadlines, but that is not common.

Pros

1-They provide work from home, and in my opinion, they do so to save office space costs and other miscellaneous costs that occur when an employee comes to the office. 2- Helpful people

Cons

1- Very toxic senior management(They think we are AI, expecting 18x productivity from us after Claude was provided, like, are you guys sick or what?) 2-As per the new policy, they expect everyone to use Claude and write a task brief on their own, create ui/ux, backend code, frontend code, qa automation, and ship to production (does not matter at what designation you are, be it product manager, software engineer(frontend, backend), or ui/ux guy 3- Hard deadlines 4-People are working more than 12-13 hours on average, and still, managers are not happy, and so the senior management is 5- they don't think of the employee at all (be it your health or whatever) 6-In the name of unlimited leaves, if you take leave, you are asked a question(my colleague has been asked questions when he just took 15 leaves in a year) 7- earlier this company used to be good when I joined, their Glassdoor rating was 4.4, and now 4, so you can understand how bad restructuring is going on. 8- Recently, they revoked offers as well for the new joinees, saying bandwidth is getting saved because of Claude (are you guys sick?) 9- Compensation is too low compared to the amount of work they are expecting, and we are delivering right now 11- Btw, all these are common to all the new teams formed, and older teams are a little bit stable and have work-life balance, but you won't be assigned to that team for sure, so honest advice, don't join this company at all, else it would turn out to be a nightmare for you.

Pros

Long term growth prospects Work from Home Learning opportunities

Cons

The efforts of strategic sales team are not respected at all. Quota attainment within the strategic sales team is extremely challenging, and frequent leadership changes have added further uncertainty and stress for the team. As a result, work hours tend to be extremely extended, and the sense of psychological safety within the organization has noticeably declined. Additionally, Account Executives are frequently held fully accountable for new business and renewal outcomes, even when issues stem from product limitations, pricing constraints, or support challenges or several other areas. Another recurring challenge is the misalignment between sales and marketing. In many cases, opportunities that Account Executives have worked on for months or even years are attributed to marketing. A significant portion of field selling time—often 70–80%—is consumed by internal meetings, including pipeline conversion calls, farming initiatives, and internal escalation discussions. This limits the time available for customer engagement and revenue-generating activities. Work-life balance is extremely poor.

Pros

Good learning + good teams. You’ll never have to chase people for a response unlike some other orgs. Overall good culture. Remote is nice. Might not last forever though. Company overall is a good place to work if you’re early career or even have kids.

Cons

You will be overworked - they promote some idea called work life integration (as opposed to work life balance). You’re supposed to do your work - whatever it takes. People start working at 7 am; take a small break, work from 10 - 8, and then go on late night calls. You’re expected to essentially be always available. Since it’s remote. Some of the directors and long term employees (7-10 years) are incompetent. They have the ear of leadership so nobody can question them. Promotions are slow and a grind.
