Leads do not have enough experience. They say that they have an open door policy and keep skip level calls to take feedback but don't keep it anonymous and the manager taunts with that feedback in team meetings. No fixed work timings, there are often late night calls. If you want to sit, relax and do politics, then this is the perfect place for you. If you want to learn and grow in your career, don't even bother looking at this company.

Company is disgusting there is no work life balance

sfdc can be improved remote work isolates you to contribute with other teams or connect the dots

Lots of politics which hinders growth Best part of the company were the peers but with permanent remote it doesn't apply anymore Challenging work but very specific to browserstack and that knowledge may not apply anywhere else

* Too much of work on most of the days makes you exhausted. * Everything you do comes under "Expected". You have to do exceptionally well throughout the year to get promoted.
