Earning Potential: The compensation package is highly competitive, and the uncapped commission structure gives you a real incentive to crush your targets. Remote-First Culture: Excellent flexibility, work-from-home allowances, and a highly collaborative, data-driven team environment.

      Cons

      High Pressure: The quotas are aggressive, and the environment moves fast. It’s definitely a performance-driven culture that isn't for everyone.

BrowserStack truly prioritizes innovation and offers immense opportunities for professional growth. I highly recommend this organization to anyone with a growth mindset who is eager to learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-evolving tech landscape. The work culture here within the Ireland team is very good and everyone has a collective growth focus.

      Sometimes the targets can be a bit unachievable due to which increments are effected and AE to CE ratio can be a bit better with more CEs to cover the work.
