Pros

A variety of interesting projects with various customers. Laid back, flexible schedule. A chance to expand your personal network as you partner with high profile companies on critical projects. If you can avoid the ridiculous management politics and stay 'billable', it is enjoyable.

Cons

Career advancement is limited. Entrenched management is based on longevity. This can be good, because they're loyal to bSquare, but don't have a breadth of actual management 'skill' or training.

Small company, good relationship between colleagues, good working environment, flexible working hour. Very convenient location, near to MRT station, building is not new, but environment is okay.

Cons

GM is a sales background person, sometimes he can not understand engineer's position. Often speak loud in office, a good person though, but sometimes annoy
