You Are Disposable So from the moment I started working here I saw the red flags you are treated like crap by management. Simple mistakes are a write up if you are a minute late to work even if you are waiting in their line at the time clock you are written up. The biggest thing is once you actually are having a good day at work management makes sure to make it horrible after they see the faintest smile on your face. God forbid you actually have a good day so they will make sure you stop talking with co workers even when there is nothing to do. If you forget to label the 1 of 1000 items you have in the stock room you get written up you have an attitude with anyone cause even if you are respectful about it you get written up. If you haven't caught on by this point they love write ups and you get 3 before you are fired. Not Only did I get a 2 write ups in one day for them not following my school schedule and scheduling me on a school day, but they then wrote me up for not wanting to sign them, oh and let me make sure to mention you only get a 15 minute break, which they say is 15 minutes but it really comes down to 5-8 before they write you up for that too. Find Somewhere else to work you will be thanking me
