Cons

Schedule posted 1 week out. 6-10 days in a row sometimes only 1 off day. The work its self is easy but they hold you to a high standard. Understaffing creates a high workload sometimes. Can be stressful at times

The pay is competitive depending on the location.

Cons

Corporate has extremely high expectations and very little patience for anything other than perfection. You can never be late, you accrue vacation hours over time but are discouraged from ever calling in or taking vacations. Dress code is extremely strict and you can get sent home for being out of code. Employees are very expendable and the turn over rate is extremely high.
