I guess the pay is good for a cashier. You don't need a degree or any real skills to get hired. Anyone whom they like can be promoted within a few months. They will train you to do things "Buc-ee's Way."

Cons

Extremely Strict Rules, Regulations, and Policies. (Walking On Eggshells) No Matter how long your shift, you only get one (20 Minute Moment) for your break. The Pay doesn't match the expectations as a cashier. There is a very high turnover. Hard to get in. Definitely who you know, not what you know. Anyone whom they like can be promoted within a few months. Your experience, credentials, and degree don't mean anything.
