The pay and pay differentials are great. That's it.
Cons
Management is the absolute worst part of this job. They make fun of employees to their face and will fire employees with disabilities using their accommodations. Management will constantly call people stupid, say people are talking back when asking questions, and in general have no idea what actual team members are doing. They are bullies! Turnover is high because no one wants to work with the management!
