Pros

Good pay. You meet very friendly customers who are usually astounded by the store which makes me smile.

Cons

Lazy managers. Disregard for personal life. Only a 5 minute "moment" to eat & you have to eat standing up, so virtually no breaks.

They pay well for hourly work and you will get 40+ hours per week if you chose to work full time.

Cons

Management is a huge downside. They are unwilling or unable to fix minor changes that affect your day to day work. Again on management, they get their "Team Leaders" to do everything for them while they sit back in conversation for hours on end each day.
