The pay was good

The managers at the Temple site were very rude and unprofessional. They always had there favorites, and if you got on there bad side a little bit they would find any reason to fire you. I was fired for smoking a cigarette in my vehicle when I was not on duty, and I admitted to it. Later on I find out they were accusing me of smoking marijuana, and spreading it around the whole store. When I came in to get gas or food I was told not to come back in because they felt harassed so they were going to get me for trespassing. I don't recommend working here.

The pay is wonderful. If you have classes you will defiantly get class days off.

Cons

I understand I am part-time. When I signed my papers I was told I would be first shift (6am-2pm), yet I am put 10am to 6pm every weekend or 12pm-8pm. When I need a day off it is constantly denied. Part time is 24 hours a week.

Hourly wage and nice coworkers.

Cons

All Deli Management, will literally treat Bucees employees like slaves. None of the shift leads, at the Temple location have the skills to lead, little lone manage people. Product is wasted, in addtion, productivity is squandered by managements inability to learn what is really going on during the three shifts. Other than just watching and threatening to watch employees on camera.
