      Work up to 10 days at a time Management You HAVE to work outside in any type of weather if you are in maintenance.

      You get paid every week . You get to meet alot of fun customers

      Cons

      Managers are unprofessional. Your lunch break is 5 minutes and you can not sit down on the job . Not even on your lunch break

      Positive work environment. Good compensation for your work. Holiday pay. Overtime Pay. Good job security. Guaranteed your full time hours. Free dispensable drinks in your company mug. Excellent company policies. Exceptionally good, experienced management at some locations.

      Cons

      Poor Work Life Balance. Required to work overtime. Everyone works holidays and weekends. Fair to poor insurance benefits. Favoritism and nepotism. Extreme inconsistent enforcement of company policies. No break for 12 plus hour shifts. Extremely strict attendance policies not enforced consistently. Very poor management at some locations.
