there is no grace period when tardiness, one minute late and u already late and get a write-up right away they have the dumbest rules ever, cant even wear a sweater if its not red, even if you not on the clock yet, just like you have to be in complete uniform as soon as you park, and the same till you reach your car when you get out, oh, and the parking for employees its the dumbest. employees are forced to park in certain areas, far from the actual store, even if its raining or snowing.
