A place that cares - Honest Review from a Buckland Lifer

Pros

Family oriented, great benefits, flexible, caring. I have worked here for many years and in those years I have learned very quickly that this is my second family. Buckland has been there for me through some of the worst times in my life and they were always understanding and flexible to my needs. I have always been encouraged to grow here and have always had help when I needed it. Through the hard times, I have learned that Buckland will ALWAYS make things right. Even if it doesn't happen right away it always happens. So, if times are challenging, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Cons

All companies have some cons. I would say Buckland's only con in my eyes is that sometimes changes that would benefit the staff take a little bit longer to roll out than desired. I do know that big changes sometimes take time to make happen, but maybe just a little communication with updates along the way would make the wait a little less nail biting. :)

good place to gain industry experience - but be prepared to teach yourself

- work from home - independent work environment - you get what you put in, in terms of learning and your own growth

Cons

- low pay - expectations of a raise (company wide) and no raise despite taking on additional work - imbalance in workload among team members
