The company does not offer bonuses or merit increases, which can be demotivating for employees. Communication from management frequently feels condescending, as if you’re being reprimanded rather than guided or supported. Employees often wait far too long for promotions or any kind of pay bump, even when their hard work and contributions are evident. While the option to work from home is a perk, it comes with the downside of overwhelming workloads and unrealistic deadlines. The company’s IT infrastructure is outdated, which adds further frustration to an already high-pressure environment.
