-my store had multiple management changes in the months that I was there which made policies inconsistent -scheduling based off of favoritism -emphasis to upsell way too much for comfort -gets VERY tiring after a while -always have to be upbeat no matter what -gets EXTREMELY crazy during the weekends and holidays -favoritism -unfair policies in the store that I was employed. Favoritism definitely played a part in who got to be on what station. For almost a year that I was employed, I almost always was at stuffer which can be wear you down like no other -some managers are rude to certain employees A lot of reviews say that this is a great first job, but for me, I felt overwhelmed. In hindsight, it helped me in other jobs, but in the months that I was there, it was tiring.

The offer to be floor manager was taken away very soon after I started. I endured three stressful months of unethical treatment, unfulfilled promises, secrecy and lies. No one told me I would have to compete and my performance was rated good overall. The offer was made clear in the beginning and then taken away with no explanation. It has been a real eye-opening experience to say the least and I feel like three months of life has been wasted by the people in charge of store 092 in Winston Salem, NC.
