Pros

Better than minimum wage. Flexible hours that work around my school schedule. Pretty good discount, 30%, if you're going to use it. Fun place to work. Great coworkers and great management team. Better than flipping burgers.

Cons

On-call work is a pain in the but when trying to make plans. Work every weekend unless you take the weekend off. Hosting parties sucks if you're not loud, outgoing, or good with large groups. There's no set schedule, it changes every week. It is in a mall, so if the mall is busy then you're busy and time goes by fast, but if the mall is slow then the work is slow and it drags on, especially if you've finished all the cleaning.

Pros

Great people, great benefits, fun atmosphere. A customer service philosophy that is a genuine fit with almost everyone, not pushy or fake. The team is like family... There is a reason we are one of Fortune's Top 100 Best Places to Work 5 Years in a row!

Cons

Such a great place to work that advancement can take a while.

Pros

Fun job most of the time, especially if you like kids and like acting like a kid. Many fun events happen at the store that you get to be a part of. Employee discount is 30% and 2 weekends out of the year it changes to 50%. Upper management was very kind and flexible with my schedule. Great job for a student or someone not looking for an overload of hours.

Cons

Close to minimum wage pay. People tend to stay with the company for awhile so there is little room for promotions. VERY little hours during the "off" seasons (spring/summer.) Occasional hissy fits by children who aren't getting what they want. You cannot accept tips. Even if you are having a terrible day you have to act happy and have a constant smile.
