Pros

Stress-free, tasks are easy, adorable children. My managers are extremely nice. I get breaks.

Cons

I'm forced into doing things I'd rather not do, like carry an animal in a backpack on my back. I think it's degrading.

Pros

Friendly co-workers and guests, fun place to work, the discounts are decent and kids think you are cool when you tell them where you work.

Cons

The quality of the product has declined, most of the benefits have been changed or are gone, the raises are very little if you even get one, the part time workers get very few hours so that creates a bigger turn-over rate, the amount of hours you are given to run the store is not enough on many days.

Pros

I get to make children smile, and I'm basically paid to play with stuffed animals all day. This is the only job I've ever had that I haven't gotten tired of. There's also a really good employee discout available. Basically, it's just a fun, easygoing environment. I love it there!

Cons

The only real downside is there aren't a lot of hours available so there is a high turnover rate.
