      Pros

      Fun work environment. The company really does a great job with contests and ensuring it's employees are happy. It's a very warm environment with bright colors throughout the store. Awesome place to be in on an almost daily basis.

      Cons

      The only Con I can think of about the company is they do not allow us to take cash tips from customers. I've turned down hundreds of dollars in tips in my 2+ years with the company.

      Pros

      As long as you make your customers take a survey and give you a high rating, it doesn't matter how much money your store makes.

      Cons

      Many of the benefits from years past are now gone (stock purchase discount, better health benefits, stock grants, etc.)
