No individual accountability but if you are not in the club (5+ years in one of the combined companies) you will take the fall when someone won't do something. The work is easy because no one agrees what to do and so there is no real plan above the store. Most of the awards are paid for.

Product pipeline challenges are difficult to overcome which can impacts relationships if not managed accordingly.
